It was another busy weekend for the Nerazzurri Academy.
On Saturday the U15s claimed a 1-0 away win over Inter in the Round of 16 of the championship thanks to a decider by Sharma while on the third matchday of the Intraregional Phase the U14s suffered a 2-3 defeat from Genoa at the Centro Bortolotti (Inacio and Alessandro Rinaldi on the scoresheet). On Sunday, again in Zingonia, the U18s also fell to a 2-3 defeat to Lazio (Roaldsøy and Truosolo got the goals for the Nerazzurri) and the Primavera lost 2-4 to Sassuolo (Cisse and Fisic on the scoresheet) as well. The U13s (in the cover photo) beat Vicenza 4-1 (goals from Amalfitano, a brace from Fugazzola and a goal by Colombo) and in this way moved into the Final 4. The U16s drew 1-1 with Sassuolo away in the Last 16 with Mendicino on the scoresheet. On Wednesday both the U15s and the U16s will get back to Zingonia.
As for the women’s Academy, on Saturday on the third day of the Intraregional Phase the U15s beat Sassari Torres 3-1 at home, in Zingonia, thanks to goals from Vitale, Cortinovis and Chiappa and on Sunday the U17s heavily defeated Pordenone 7-1 in Zingonia as well thanks to hat-tricks from Gregis and Corbetta and a goal by Camillo.

WOMEN’S U14s WON THE TOURNAMENT IN BRESSO
Last but not least, it is worth mentioning that the Women’s U14s (in the photo below) won the “Madonna del Pilastrello” Tournament that took place in Bresso and is reserved for the U15s. Despite being younger, the girls coached by Fasolini qualified first followed by Bresso Renate Women, Como and Rivanazzanese.
