On matchday 11 of the 2021-2022 Primavera 1 TIMVISION “Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti” championship, it ends 1-1 against the Italian champions Empoli at the stadium Torrini in Sesto Fiorentino.

The Nerazzurri got off to a good start and had chances coming in since the opening minutes. The best goalscoring opportunities arrived between the 35th and the 37th minute when Cittadini’s header was parried by the goalkeeper, who also denied Sidibe, and then Pezzola cleared from Pagani. The deadlock was broken in the first minute of stoppages thanks to Pagani’s header (in the stock photo) from Renault’s free-kick in the first half.

In the second half, Panada tested Hvalic from distance on 68 minutes and Sassi was well alert on Evangelisti’s header in the 80th minute. However, the equaliser arrived on 82 minutes through Fazzini. The final efforts came off the Nerazzurri, with Pagani firing wide in the 89th minute and Lozza hitting it straight at the goalkeeper on 91 minutes.
