The Nerazzurri trained this morning at the Bortolotti Training Centre in reduced ranks due to the absence of 17 internationals. Coach Gasperini ran a working session that was attended by the players who remained available in Zingonia, specifically Palomino, Pezzella, Zappacosta as well as goalkeepers Rossi and Sportiello. Muriel and Zapata trained separately, while Hateboer is still out.

The final training session of the week will be tomorrow morning, Friday 3 September, at the Bortolotti Training Centre and behind closed doors. Preparations for the match against Fiorentina, the 2021-2022 Serie A TIM matchday 3 fixture, will resume on Monday.
