Atalanta B.C. announce the signing of footballer Juan Musso from Udinese on a permanent deal.
Born on May 6 in 1994 in San Nicolas de los Arroyos, the goalkeeper came up through the youth academy of Racing Club with whom he made his senior team debut in May 2017 and, since then, played in the Copa Sudamericana and in the Libertadores in the following seasons. In summer 2018 he joined Udinese with whom he played the last three seasons, making 102 appearances in all competitions, of which 100 in Serie A. He proved to be one of the most reliable and highly efficient goalkeepers in the league. He also stood out as the goalkeeper with the highest number of clean sheets in the 2019-2020 Serie A season. In fact, he managed to keep a clean sheet in 14 matches.
He made his debut with the Argentina national team on March 26 in 2019 in the friendly match won 1-0 in Morocco and since then he’s always been called up to the Albiceleste, including his recent call-up for the Copa América 2021.
