As Remo Freuler claimed in the exclusive one-to-one interview: “We must play as a team”.

Remo Freuler, what is to repeat from last week’s match at the Gewiss Stadium here at the BayArena?

“Well, [we must] play as a team, with ferocity, recover balls and [show] the ability to score goals.”

It will be an open game. Both sides will play to win. What kind of Bayer Leverkusen side are you expecting?

“Bayer Leverkusen are a team that attacks a lot. I think they are very strong upfront. So, we should be very alert. A team who are eager to win await us, a team that will do everything to win the match.”

What kind of Atalanta side are you expecting, instead? How are you doing and how are you approaching this Europa League fixture?

“We’re doing fine. We know what we should do tomorrow. We surely must score goals, play as a team, be aggressive, recover balls. It will be an amazing match.”

The capacity of the BayArena is at 75% as well. All the German fans’ stands are sold out. The away end is also sold out. There will be almost 1.300 Bergamaschi! But, surely, there will be more.

“Yes, nothing’s new here in Germany. Everything’s sold out. I’m very glad that many fans are coming to back us. It will be of great help.”
