The 2021-2022 Primavera TIMVISION Cup calendar has been drawn up: Atalanta Under-19 team coached by Massimo Brambilla face Sampdoria on Thursday 13 January.

The one-leg knockout fixture is to be held at 14:30 CET at the 3 Campanili sports centre in Bogliasco (Genoa). The Nerazzurri won over Cagliari on penalties in the previous round while Sampdoria beat Torino 3-2 after extra time. The qualification to the semifinal, against the winning team of the match between Empoli and Sassuolo, is up for grabs.

During the current season, Atalanta have already met Sampdoria in the league on Matchday 3 in the away fixture in Liguria on 19 September. The game was tied 2-2, with the Nerazzurri Omar and Chiwisa on the scoresheet.
