Primavera Juventus 1-2 Atalanta

On matchday 19 of the 2021-2022 Primavera 1 TIMVISION  2021-2022 “Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti” championship, Atalanta claim the victory at the Juventus Training Center in Vinovo as they beat Juventus 2-1 thanks to Sidibe’s double.

The Nerazzurri got off to a good start and had a few chances in the first 15 minutes of the match. The breakthrough was found by Sidibe on 29 minutes, as he converted a penalty after De Nipoti was brought down by the Bianconeri goalkeeper. The Nerazzurri had the opportunity to double their lead through Sidibe, who fired over, De Nipoti, whose shot was parried, and Omar, whose finish was beaten away by the goalkeeper).

In the second half, Juventus found the equaliser through Chibozo on 61 minutes. However, Atalanta did not give up and pushed hard to restore their lead, and they actually did it when Sidibe converted another penalty, this time earned by Ceresoli. Sidibe had the chance to bag a hat-trick in stoppage time but Senko denied him. And it ended 2-1 for Brambilla’s team at Vinovo, with Atalanta Under-19 now on 30 points, just one point behind the Bianconeri.
