As reported on the official UEFA website, Matteo Pessina has been included in the 26-man squad of Italy coach Roberto Mancini and thus will be part of the Azzurri squad for EURO2020 together with the other Atalanta player Rafael Toloi.

Pessina was still in the National team group after the first selection and he replaced the injured Stefano Sensi in the 26-man squad list.

The Azzurri are in Group A with Wales, Switzerland and Turkey. The opening match will be on the 11th of June at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome against Turkey.
