The commitments with Atalanta have come to an end, but the holidays for José Luis Palomino have not started yet, as the Argentine defender received his first call-up in the Albiceleste: “I’m happy with my call-up to the National team”.

The fixtures with Atalanta have ended but José Luis Palomino isn’t going on holiday yet. In fact, the Argentinian defender was called up to his national team for the first time in his career.

“I did expect it a little. I really wanted to be called up. Now I’m glad and I’m enjoying this moment. It will be my first time with the national team. And I hope to be up to the level of the situation”.

Atalanta made people talk about them this year again both because of the performance and the results.

“Yes, we had a great season. We wanted to achieve a bit more. But we took third place. We reached the Coppa Italia final. We have the potential to keep on improving. After the holidays we’ll work to prepare for next year to achieve more”.

The fans returned to the stadium for the Coppa Italia final. The Atalanta fans supported and encouraged the team during the whole match.
