After Under-17s, also Girls’ Under-15s officially began their season with this afternoon’s meeting at the “Valfregia” Sports Ground in Trezzo sull’Adda (Milan). Meeting and tests for Covid-19 provided for by the health protocol for the girls born in 2007 that will be coached by Gennaro De Maria, in his second season with U15s. “After a year and a half on and off – said the Nerazzurri coach – restarting and returning almost to normal is certainly good. We missed the pitch so much, so there is a great desire from everyone, starting from the staff and above all from the girls. The goal is the same as always: do our best to make the players grow and get as far as possible. We start immediately with an important appointment, which is the Quarenghi Tournament in San Pellegrino Terme and Zogno (Bergamo) on 27 August, with teams like Juventus (the opponent of the Nerazzurre in the semifinal, ed), Inter and Cremonese, and it will certainly be the first test to evaluate the conditions of the team. We will try to make it a starting point to improve ourselves and be ready for the championship in the best possible way”.
