This also sets a record: he is in fact the first coach in the three-point era to hit the landmark of 200 appearances in Serie A with two different clubs after collecting 232 appearances with Genoa.

And precisely in the stadium that had seen him coach the Rossoblù, manager Gasperini was able to reach this career milestone by claiming his 108th league victory on the Atalanta bench.
