The Nerazzurri youth teams, as tradition, participated in the Easter tournaments. The U17s coached by Fioretto won the “Maggioni-Righi” tournament in Borgaro (Turin), beating Genoa 3-0 in the final thanks to a brace from Vavassori and a goal from Fiogbe.

As for the “Gallini Cup”, two Nerazzurri youth teams participated in the tournament: the U16s coached by Lorenzi beat Team Ticino 1-0 thanks to Piantoni’s penalty and ended the tournament with clean sheets (Pandini was awarded as Best Goalkeeper) while the U15s coached by Gambirasio lost on penalties to Udinese. Last but not least, the U14s coached by Previtali won the “Daniele Pecci” tournament, which was held in Bellaria-Igea Marina, by defeating Sassuolo 2-0 in the final thanks to goals from Mezzotero and Inacio (awarded as the Best Player of the tournament).
