In Cagliari, Gian Piero Gasperini claimed his 200th victory in Serie A. This career milestone is as important as prestigious, as it allows the Nerazzurri manager to enter a small elite of coaches: in the three points for a victory era (from 1994-1995 to today) in fact, only four other managers have reached and surpassed this milestone, i.e. Allegri, Ancelotti, Guidolin and Spalletti.
The first victory dates back to the 26th of September in 2007 when he was coaching Genoa and had defeated Udinese 3-2. More than half of the total, 109, are the victories he has claimed in the top flight with Atalanta.
