On matchday 16 of the 2021-2022 Primavera 1 TIMVISION “Trofeo Giacinto Facchetti” championship, the Nerazzurri claim an important 2-1 victory over Torino at the Centro Bortolotti in Zingonia.

The deadlock was broken in the 18th minute through Pagani, as he scored the opener from Oliveri’s assist. Renault doubled Atalanta’a lead on 28 minutes with a header from another Oliveri assist. De Nipoti had the chance to triple their lead, but he was first denied by the Torino goalkeeper, a defender and then the crossbar. A few seconds later, Caccavo pulled one back for Torino on the stroke of half-time. The second half was hard-fought, as Torino pushed hard for an equaliser, while the Nerazzurri tried to put the game to bed. The scoreline, however, didn’t change and it ended 2-1, with the Nerazzurri bringing their points tally to 25.
