PRACTICE MATCH: FIVE GOALS AGAINST BRENO

Moving on after the magical night of the Champions League, the Nerazzurri team immediately returned to work this afternoon in preparation for the upcoming championship match against Sassuolo slated for Sunday at the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo. There was a recovery session for those who’d had more match time against Valencia, while the others played a practice match (a 45-minute first half, 35-minutes for the second) on the Bortolotti Centre main pitch in Zingonia against Breno, a Serie-D formation. A brace was scored by Muriel who opened with a penalty point and closed the practice match, with goals by Zapata, Okoli and Da Riva for the Nerazzurri. Preparation continues tomorrow, once again at the Bortolotti Centre, with a morning session behind closed doors.
