Gian Piero Gasperini spoke at a press conference ahead of the clash against Roma: “It’s a big game, a quality one. We’re up against an equipped team, with strong players and a great coach like Mourinho. We need to be extremely focused. It’s a very important time of the league, as the first half of the season ends in a few days and the first round is very significant”.

The goal is to round off 2021 in the best possible way and tomorrow’s fixture will be the last game at the Gewiss Stadium before the holiday season: “We need to improve our performance at home, we need some good displays to improve our points tally here.
